- hybrid working options with flexibility in how, where and when you work
- flexible working arrangements (flexi-time) between 7am and 7pm with time off in lieu
- a range of working patterns (full-time, part-time, compressed hours, annualised hours, term-time hours and job share)
- 28 days annual leave, rising incrementally each year up to 33 days
- the option to carry over your annual leave or buy extra leave
- special paid leave for bereavement, caring responsibilities and studying
