You cannot apply for a band 1 marine licence

Band 1 licences are only for small-scale, low-risk activities.

Your project does not meet these conditions because one or more of the following apply:

• your works will extend longer than 12 months
• your proposed project costs are over £1 million
• the location is in a military defence area
• your works are at risk of affecting a cable or pipeline

You will need to apply for a different licence.
