Third man fined for SSSI damage caught on TikTok
A Liverpool man who was one of a group which caused serious damage to a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) and later posted images and videos on TikTok has been given a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) banning him for entering the Berwyn SSSI, an area of more than 254km2, for three years.
