Natural Resources Wales - transfer abstraction
Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Water Act 2003)
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006 that Natural Resources Wales is applying to Welsh Ministers for a licence to transfer water from the Afon Cynllaith at Glascoed Weir, Llansilin, Oswestry at National Grid Reference SJ 21714 28311 through a fish pass and back to the Afon Cynllaith at Grid Reference SJ 21677 28211.
The water will be abstracted for the purpose of transferring it between the source of supply referred to above without intervening use.

After expiry of the period for representations, Natural Resources Wales will be entitled to the grant of a licence which authorises the proposal which shall be deemed to be granted, unless Welsh Ministers, either in consequence of any representations made with respect to the proposal or otherwise, directs or requires an application to be made to them.
