GE-Hitachi’s Small Modular Reactor completes first step of design assessment
The Environment Agency, the Office for Nuclear Regulation (ONR) and Natural Resources Wales (NRW) announced today that they are progressing to Step 2 of their Generic Design Assessment (GDA) of the GE-Hitachi Nuclear Energy International LLC (GE-Hitachi) BWRX-300 reactor design.
